Artificial Intelligence
Sociometrica uses artificial intelligence to read and interpret opinions, conversations and behaviour. The aim is to identify themes, relationships and signals that reveal how people perceive an organisation, a service or a change.
Our approach
We start with a research question and relevant sources. Semantic analysis helps organise texts, recognise recurring concepts and compare groups of opinions. Interpreting results remains part of the research: frequency, context and meaning need to be considered together.
What the work provides

- Findings on behaviour and differences between audiences.
